What is your jewelry made of?

Every piece is sterling silver (.925), hand-finished individually in Taxco, Mexico. Some pieces include 14K gold accents or semi-precious stones.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for gift shops?

How long does production and shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on if we have the pieces in stock. If we have them in stock, we offer a 5-day delivery guarantee. If we do not have your pieces in stock, the delivery time for production and shipping can take up to 2 weeks.  

Processing time can take up to 24 hrs. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect items on arrival and reach out within 5 business days with photos — we'll replace or credit any defective pieces toward your next order.

How do I care for my silver jewelry?

To keep pieces looking their best, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight and clean only with a soft cloth — never metal polish. Each piece is finished with a protective coating to help prevent tarnishing.

What is your return policy?

Since every piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for unsold inventory or buyer's remorse. If an item arrives damaged or defective, see the question above — we'll make it right.
